Issue with standard donation form

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this issue. We have your standard donation form (iframe) on our website www.thelamfoundation.org. I've had 4 donors call and are not able to donate using this form. One was not able to choose and expiration date (using and ipad) and the others were receiving an error on the amount of characters used for their credit card number and were told to contact their bank (1 MAC user 2 PC). The ipad user might be user error, but the 3 computer users have me worried. I just tried to donate myself and received this message (Sorry, your payment did not go through.
Please Try again or contact your bank.) Please I need help on correcting this issue.

Kamran - No transaction is going through. I just tried it with my credit card, Kerri Morgan 5/16/2016 at 1:50pm 1:52pm and 1:54pm.

We just did a test transaction of $25 and it worked.

Sorry for the inconvenience. An update this weekend had resulted in an issue with a few servers in the cluster. They are all resolved.
