Recurring donation error message: Error URL restriction violation

Hello,
We're receiving a Error URL restriction violation message for our recurring donations.

https://www.freebsdfoundation.org/donate/

However, when I go to the API section of our C&P account and look at the Allowed URLs section, the correct domain is there. See attached screen shot. This seems to only be a problem for recurring donations. One-time donations are processing correctly.

I reviewed your setting for account # 24365 -- I looked up your domain since the page you sent does not have the account number exposed so I had to review it based on your domain. If you are referring to a different account please let us know. Also the image you posted is PNG and unfortunately this forum shows PNG's as thumbnails, making it impossible to see details.

In reviewing your page I realized that you are IFRAME-ing the following page: https://secureform.cloud.clickandpledge.com/24365/1/

This form is being hosted on Click & Pledge as one that has been developed by us for Free BSD. Naturally the domain you have listed is your domain but the form is being posted from our domain. I added the following to the list of restrictions: secureform.cloud.clickandpledge.com and made a $10 donation and it all worked.




Please try it and let us know if your issue has been resolved.
