Actual Credit Card on Test Server

I have a test setup running at:

http://70.57.77.121/CPITest/Contribute.php

and using the dummy credit card information you supplied (what is there when this first come up) everything works fine. When I enter my actual credit card data I get a message that it was declined. Is this suppose to be this way?

Jeff,

The decline of a live card is because you have the form set to TEST mode.

<option>Production</option>
<option selected>Test</option>

While in TEST mode the dummy card is the only card that works. When in production the dummy card won't work and only the "real" cards will work.
