  • Problem with Email passing and address?

    Hello! We are having an issue with email and address passing through our open API FaaS form on our website. The URL is http://www.bluestarfam.org/donate-bl...=users/kdurant

    Also, C&P has access to our Salesforce instance until 11/23.

    Hi Kylee,

    Do you have an order number for a transaction that you did not have email posted?

    I just reviewed your page and did a test transaction. I did a test with NO email or phone and the transaction went to the decline page which tells me even though you have set it to be mandatory your validation is not working. Patrons can donate without any email.

    That could be the reason.
