This form will not work as it has several issues, most importantly the country list.

The Country cannot be passed as a name. To ensure proper matching we use ISO country codes and provide the list also as a downloadable file: https://s3.amazonaws.com/clickandple...Codes_Form.zip

The example listed above will help you see the point.

You also have a few fields in the form that are not being passed on. Only fields matching our field name rules will be processed. The following fields are collecting information but are not properly passed on as custom questions:

• BillingTitle
• BillingSuffix
• BillingAreaCode
• BillingCompany

One more observation. The credit card expiration includes 2015 which is no longer valid. It is best if you remove it and only years that are valid.

We are reviewing it but a quick glance shows you have not yet removed 2015 from the form. Credit cards cannot possibly have 2015 as their expiration date since if they do they have already expired. Please see the following line:




and related to the same topic, I have seen credit cards with expiration dates in 2021 so I recommend that you extend the year to at least 2025 to make sure. It is important that you update this form on an annual basis and remove the past years.

Hey team! I've changed the 2015's from the CC expiration date field and added code to dynamically fill that select box with current year plus 9 years. I've changed the following fields to be sent as custom fields:
BillingTitle
BillingSuffix
BillingAreaCode
BillingCompany
I've changed out the country options to match the country options in your docs. Please check it out and let me know if I need to make further changes.
