  • Can get Forms as a Service working with my account

    I am with Clearpath International and whenever I switch from the test GUID and Account ID to our Account ID and GUID I get the following error:

    Invalid Checkout page (wid).

    I have setup the domain name properly in the admin control panel.

    Have you seen this FAQ?

    For FaaS to work you need to assign it a checkout page ID (WID). The error simply states that the WID you have assigned to the form does not match a WID for your account.

      When I try to view these pages it says I don't have access to view them. I get the following error message:

      Jeff Hoffelner, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
      1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
      2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
