Basket Empty response

I have been testing my website and I am getting a basket empty response (https://www.allcharitiescount.com/er...Dg3OQ==&RefID=), reading this article - http://forums.clickandpledge.com/sho...ghlight=basket --

it says that we may potentially have a blocked IP address or the credit card may be blocked (I dont think it is the credit card because I tested the card using the direct link https://co.clickandpledge.com/?wid=90388 and it processed the transaction)

How we can we see if our accounts have been blocked?

You are not blocked and the error is stating exactly what is wrong.

Basket Empty means ItemName is blank or NULL and is not being sent to the API.

What we always recommend is for a form to post to https://Verify.FaaS.Cloud.ClickandPledge.com first to ensure that all values that are being thought to be posted are actually being posted.

Please use the Verify and test and once all is per expectations switch it to the https://FaaS.Cloud.ClickandPledge.com - the verify option is a great debugging tool.
