Need to know ALL the possible values from XML data for all the various card cards

I need to know all the possible values for *CardName *in the click and pledge transaction XML they push to Salesforce. Right now, I only know what Visa, MasterCard and American Express look like. Not sure what *eCheck *and *Diner Cards* look like in the XML.

Card decline messages vary from bank to bank. We have not seen a uniform system for messages.

We simply save what the gateway responds back and the gateway shows what the bank reports. We simply report the authorization status and the message sent back to us.
