Hi, we've built a custom form that's getting below error. This form was in production last year -- but has been updated with new information for 2015.

One of our developers copied your code and tested it locally. Here is the problem - have to admit since it is quite hard to see just by looking at it:




look at the double quote after BCC2015. It is not a double quote- it is a special character looking like standard double quote.

Please fix it and test it. This was quite a challenge to see.

We're in Verify mode now. Will remove special character. It looks like we don't have Quantity or Product Detail being posted in the basket. Is that an issue?

ItemQuantity is mandatory. I tried testing your form but it is not posting to verify.

If you are not sending quantity then you will generate error.

I just did a quick test and this is what is happening:

- choose any item by itself and the quantity is not being passed.
- choose all of them together and all will have quantity

I did not test other permutations but it seems like there is a Javascript issue somewhere.
