  • Contact Alias Field mapping from XML transaction data

I am new to Click&Pledge and testing out our custom web form using FaaS posting information to our SF Sandbox. Most everything seems to be working great.

I have noticed that while the transaction XML data includes the BillingStateProvince value = WA the corresponding Contact Alias shows the XML BillingPostalCode value for both the Alias State and Postal Code fields. How can I change the field mapping from the transaction XML data to the Contact Alias fields to correct this? See the corresponding screen shots attached for both the transaction data as well as the corresponding Contact Alias information. Thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply which leads to a followup questions.

What is the recommended way to track new releases, is there a email list where we can sign up to get notifications?

Does the SF Click and Pledge app check for updates automatically or is this a manual process on our end?

      Thanks again,

        Good day Charles,

        To upgrade: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/con...e-Applications

We announce upgrades through the News & Announcement section of the forum so you may want to subscribe to that. Our marketing sends newsletters when upgrades are available but that is typically a couple of days after the release is live. The forum is managed by the development department and as such when things go live it is posted here.

Salesforce upgrade with release 8.x is easy- we provide you a simple way to know if an upgrade is available. See the link I sent above.

Please let us know if we can be of more help.
        Regards,
