Donate page giving error message

Hello,

Our donate page is giving us an error message when we try to process the payment. We haven't changed any of the settings/criteria on the donate page - it's been up and running untouched since 2013 so I'm not sure what caused this issue.

If you need to login to our SF instance, our org ID is 00D300000006WoJ and you have been granted login access.

Where is donation form? Your account is active and I don't see anything wrong with the account. I see that you have received 2 donations yesterday from Stacey G. & Arisa M.

Once we have the link to your form we can review your form.

As for your question about if anything has been done to the form the answer is NO. If that was the case everyone would have a problem.

Good day!

A change must have been made to your account or the way your site redirects. Please see the "Allowed URL" setting in your account under Account Info > Profile > API Information.




As the label indicates: "Allowed URLs" which means ONLY the URL's listed in the list are allowed to post to your account. As is seen in the image you have included "www" in the URL which simply is telling the platform to reject any URL that does not EXACTLY match that format.

The URL you posted here is: www.imentor.org/donate

If you go to that URL it redirects to: https://imentor.org/donate

As you see the redirect URL does NOT have the www in its URL and as a result when posting to our API it gets rejected. You can see this in the error message we are posting back to you when the error occurs:




The URL is stating: URL restriction violation

To fix this I simply removed the "www." from the URL to allow for the correct URL to be processed.

Your form should work now.

Please test it and let us know if you still have problem.
