Card Number Invalid

One of our donors always gets the same error message every time she tries to make a donation (see image below). When I created the form, if there is an error, I make the error page show the URL C&P provides.

She says she is entering the card number correct. Is there a way to get more information about this error or is there some other information we can provide her with to try to fix the problem? Or is she really just entering it incorrectly every time?

The error message is Cardnumber is invalid

Do you know what card type (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) she is using? The error message is clear- the card # is wrong.

The error has occurred prior to the bank's confirmation as it does not match known credit card number formats.

Thanks for the quick response! I will have someone talk to her more about the credit card details to try to resolve the problem.
