Error with all credit card attempts

The form and processing were working fine. We recently changed bank information with TransFirst. Now the error page is received with credit card attempts, and no card is processed. Was the updated bank information correctly received by you from TransFirst? Are we missing something?

Error page means something is wrong with the form otherwise we send back the decline message.

The error message is always in the URL. Would you please copy the error URL that you are getting since that URL is quite descriptive as to the cause of the error.

I just visited your site and did a test transaction to force a decline. Here is the error message:

http://www.torgan2014.com/error.php?err=Error%20:%20URL%20restriction%20violation&hashresponse=ZGEzOWEzZWU1ZTZiNGJkMzI1NWJmZWY5NTYwMTg5MGFmZDg3OQ==&RefID=form001

If you parse the message and error:

Error: URL restriction violation

The above error says that you have activated URL restriction in the security section and the URL does not match the URL through which you are hosting the page. Looking at your account I see the following:



As you can see from the examples provided in red above the form the URL restriction should be listed as msn.com or cnn.com, etc.

You have entered http://www.torgan2014.com;https://www.torgan2014.com

Following the example the entry should be: www.torgan2014.com

I deleted the entries and added the URL as it should be per the example. I also did another test with decline and it worked fine.
