  • CNP XML Data

    Can you please help us identify why the custom questions on this page are not coming through to the C&P xml data in Salesforce? They are coming from a section on this page that begins on line 583. Our customer's web developers made these additions to the html and we are hoping to help them identify the issue. It is using onclick, so we are thinking it may be coded wrong at that point. The field input syntax is identical to that in the sections that are coming through just fine. Here is an excerpt of the code:

    <td align="right">
    <input id="OnSuccessUrl" type="hidden" name="OnSuccessUrl" value="" />
    <input id="OnDeclineUrl" type="hidden" name="OnDeclineUrl" value="" />
    <input id="OnErrorUrl" type="hidden" name="OnErrorUrl" value="" />
    <input id="AccountGuid" type="hidden" name="AccountGuid" value="f91cc258-0e64-44c1-b2c8-866b54c43b2d" />
    <input id="AccountID" type="hidden" name="AccountID" value="23846" />

    Good day!

    You are not following the custom question syntax. the processor has to know what a question is and what the answer is. Please follow:

    In the above example see how the Employer & Occupation are setup.
