Triple payments being created

The form below maybe the problem with the triple payments being created for some donors.

Can we confirm?

Good day!

While it is hard to know what is going on but based on what I see the issue may be that the users click on the submit button more than once. If the site is slow to respond they may think they have not clicked and click again.

Do you have a JavaScript that blocks clicking after the first click?
