The fraud database is a global database and not account specific. If you find problem with a transaction please let us know and we can investigate it.
You may want to Whitelist your IP or any emails that you are using for testing through the portal:
- Login to the https://Portal.ClickandPledge.com
- Click on Account Info
- Click on 3rd Party
- Click on Fraud Services (see below)
- Add your IP's that you are using for internal testing.

If you are running transactions on behalf of clients it is best to use the Virtual Terminal instead of a checkout page. The VT does not monitor for fraud and allows repeated transactions.
In FaaS if you are testing it is best to change the OrderMode to Test. Please see: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/For...tml#Order_Mode
