Hello Everyone,
We've recently set-up a donation page for our web-site, but whenever we try to charge a donation, we get this error: "the the basket is empty." We wrote-in to a Click & Pledge forum, were told the following:
This happens when ItemName is empty or Quantity is 0.
In reviewing your form I don't see the field for ItemName which should be a hidden field based on your design.
Please follow the manual and the fields that are marked as mandatory: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/For...ct_Information
So...we did all that, but now we're getting a new error message that says: "The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:Quantity' element is invalid - The value '11111111' is invalid according to its datatype 'Long' - The MaxInclusive constraint failed."
What do we do?!
