Hello,

This is a continuing issue. I have had 2 separate donors, one who continues to struggle, and a new donor, in the past 12 hours attempt to make a donation, and they receive the following error message:

Please look into why this is the case. It can't be a card error, because one of the gentleman just used his card for a separate purchase with no issue. I see no record of a declined donation in our click and pledge portal, either, so it seems like this is an error with our API.

Please confirm.
