I recently got an email from someone in France saying that their donation was declined. Our donation FaaS form under countries had all countries listed. My question is whether there are other settings in the civicrm that have to be set to allow donations from other countries? Our webmaster had accidentally listed in the civicrm > localization > Contact Address field (only countries available as US and Canada). If we switch setting to not limit available countries will payments be accepted from all foreign countries?
