FaaS no longer working after upgrade

This issue is covered extensively in the forum and is simply due to an insecure page posting to the FaaS processor.

when in TEST mode we don't enforce the SSL requirement since developers may be developing using an insecure site and since no private information is being transmitted there is no PCI requirements. In LIVE mode the site has to be secure since credit card information is being posted.

Please post using https:// (SSL enabled site) when the mode is in Production.

I have a custom payment form on our website here: http://www.bayfriendlycoalition.org/...onFeePay.shtml

This was working prior to our recent upgrade and now no longer works. What happens is that after the user clicks the submit button, the URL transfers here: https://faas.cloud.clickandpledge.com, which basically just displays as a blank white page. Nothing happens and no transaction is processed.

I'm trying to create a new payment page modeled after this one, so I need to get this working again. Can you please tell me why this is no longer working?
