How do I allow currencies other than USD in my form?

We are looking to offer payments (including recurring) in other currencies. How would I go about setting this up?

Click & Pledge offers the following "settlement" currencies:

• US Dollar
• Canadian Dollar
• Euro
• British Pound
• Hong Kong Dollar

The reason I have put settlement in quotes is to emphasize that the settlement is done in those currencies and for that to happen you need a bank account in the respective country that settles in that currency. Our clients in Europe are setup with accounts that settle in their desired currency, e.g. Euro or GBP whereas our Canadian clients receive their money in Canadian Dollar in their bank account in Canada.

The only way you may settle in other currencies is if you have a bank account in the country of interest that can accept deposits in that currency. You cannot accept other currencies if you have a bank account in US that is set to accept only US Dollar.
