  • Trackers not reporting...

    I have a series of forms I have set up for a client. They are all the same form, but at different URL's and all with a unique tracker. The trackers are not working however and I am getting blasted from the client(s) who really need to sort out the donations by trackers.

    The code I am using in the form for the tracker would be by example:

    Code:
    <input type="hidden" name="Tracker" id="Tracker" value="FaxGram-v1" />
    This is what I've found in the example. After talking to support they confirmed they are not working on my account.

    I need to get these reports to the client or at very very least get these working from now on!

    If possible, is there a way to get the reports based on referring URL? That would also work.

    PLEASE HELP!! Thank you in advance!

    Platform used?

    Hi;

    Which platform are you using? PaaS or FaaS?

    The reports show the tracker as part of the Excel report in the admin. The referring URL is not saved. It is an idea worth exploring.

    Please let us know the URL to the site so we can test also if you have the Account ID we can look up the reports. The tracker works in both FaaS and PaaS. The issue must be a minor programming issue and I am sure we can resolve it once we have more info.

      Thanks for getting back with me. I am using the PaaS platform. The trackers aren't showing in the excel report either (all fields blank).

      There are 4 URLs being used right now:






      The account ID is: 14561

      Thank you once again! Getting this resolved the past few days has really been a task!

        Hi;

        can you attach to the reply the XML you are using to post to PaaS services. I need to see your xml to find the issue.

        Please use dummy data as name, address, etc. and the 4111 test card.

        Once I see the xml I will be able to find the problem.

          I'm sorry, I realized I was a bit mixed up. I am using the FaaS service instead of PaaS. So no XML file is being used. Sorry to post this in the wrong forum! Any ideas though?

            Tracker- reviewing the code

            I moved this thread to the FaaS forum so we continue here.

            I will review your site and test against our staging server to figure out what is going on.

                Hi;

                Sorry but it seems like your issue was a bug in the FaaS services.

                An update fixed the problem. Please test it and let us know if you still have problems.
