    Good day!

    I understand but please look at the URL. Simply process a form and generate the error. Look at the URL.

    One issue we are seeing these days is with Chrome and autocomplete. Chrome autocomplete version 27 and 28 beta (as of now) removes the radio button selection if autocomplete is used. It is interesting how the bug is causing havoc with forms.

    The error will be "Basket is empty"

    The error message displayed on the screen is a custom message, not the error from Click and Pledge. I will have to dig deeper in our system to see if/where we are capturing the messages received from CnP.

    May I ask what you mean by "Error Message"?

    When an error occurs the URL shows you the exact error message. That will tell us exactly what is wrong. Without it we can't do anything.

    Please generate an error and in your error page copy and paste the URL here. We can tell you exactly what is wrong.

    Hello, We created the donation form at https://www.thedacare.org/Donations.aspx. Our client has received several calls from donors who are getting the error screen and not able to make their donation. There are no declined transactions in the reports. I tested the form with a fake card number, got the error message and it appeared in the report.

    Some donors are able to use the form successfully and some are not.

    Can someone take a look and see why some donors may be blocked?
