FASS directs to error.php with "Internal Error" response.

We have been using a FAAS form for years now, no issues at all.

We were recently informed that the site is no longer accepting payments, returning an error. We have confirmed our code has not changed, the click and pledge account still accepts payments via virtual terminal, and our SSL certificate is verified and up-to-date. The WID exists, the GUID and account number have not changed.

The error response is "Internal error", pretty much useless response. I can't find any messages about how to decrypt the hash that is returned. or dealing with what this error means.

Strange that you are seeing error. We are reviewing your page and logs.

all these forms work OK and nothing returns error.

Just to update you, I've checked with our web host (rackspace), there have been no PHP error logs generated by the site. I figured it was not a problem with our web side though, because it's submitting the transaction ok, and getting an error back.

Do you have an email that I can send a copy of our code to for you to review? I'm not comfortable posting it here.

Also of note, the client requested we redirect their site temporarily while this is not working to a regular C&P checkout page.
