  • FaaS form returning declined response continuously

    I'm just getting started using FaaS and I have built a test form at the following URL:



    Everytime I submit the form, it is returning the declined response. I realized I did not have the form in Test Mode until a few days ago. However once I switched to Test Mode, all of my submissions are still returning as declined.

    Is this due to Fraud proteciton having blacklisted my IP and email address?

    I appreciate any help in solving this. Thanks

    Good day!

    In TEST mode we don't check fraud and the system is wide open since it ONLY works with test credit cards.

    I reviewed your page and did a test transaction & it worked fine. You had 123412341234.. as the credit card number. Where has that number come from?

    The Test number is 4111111111111111 (4 x 15-1's). That is the test number you should use.

    I used the Test mode and it worked fine.

    Please test it and let us know if you are still having an issue. You should have a receipt based on my test.

      I did not realize that the original default credit card value of the form was a required element in test mode. I thought I could test against a real number. Once I changed back to the test number as you suggested, I received the authorize response. Thanks!

      Two more questions:
      1) Where can I view the receipt? Is this visible in the C&P portal?

      2) Once I switched the form backed to Production mode, and entered my legitimate info with a real card, it is still returning the decline response. I assume my IP and email address are blacklisted? How can I remove myself form the blacklist and test a single, real transaction. (I know not to test multiple transactions in production mode, but I would like to run a single transaction once I flip the switch back to Production mode).

        Replies to your questions:

        REPLY: What do you mean by receipt? The receipt will be emailed to you ad the organization as well as to the donor. Other people may also be set to receive the receipt by adding them to the administrative portal > Profile section.

        REPLY: Please let me know the IP address you are using so we can review the fraud database.

          1) Ok thank you. I did receive the receipt emails. That was my mistake.

          2) My IP address is: 198.24.102.73
