Can't create form groups anymore

We have just started using the Wordpress plugin for donation forms We created three form groups over the past few weeks and are actively using one of them. I'm not able to create any more form groups. When I try to create a new form group, I can select a campaign but get hung up when trying to select a form. Nothing happens when I click the FORM field and I can't leave the screen using Close or Save.
If I try to update a previously created form group with that same campaign it shows the available forms.

Our C&P apps are up-to-date in Salesforce and we're on the latest plugin version 02.2301020000-WP6.1.1.

We reviewed your instance and identified the issue. We found that the following plugin: Ultimate-social-media-icons is causing a problem with creating the forms.

We noticed that the Ultimate-social-media-icons plugin is loading the CSS before the forms load which is preventing you from creating the form.

We have shared the style path and the CSS via support ticket#00993590

This is something we don't have control over. You will need to review that plugin or deactivate it to create the forms.

Good work! The Ultimate Social Media plugin was updated a week or so ago so I guess their new version needs to be fixed. Thank you very much for finding the problem. Sharon
