C&P plugin on WP not accepting account number or GUID

I upload the C&P Wordpress plugin - Click & Pledge Connect Plugin - and when I type in the account number and GUID nothing happens.

There's a second plugin called, "Paid Memberships Pro Click & Pledge
Gateway" which I cannot get to activate on my site, at all.

I've been to the Live Support, but they sent me here.

May I ask you to check the SOAP settings in your local server? It must be enabled.

Thank you for sharing the details. We are successfully logged into FTP but we are unable to login into the website with the given credentials.

One of our developers reviewed your instance and found that our plugin conflicts with the "SiteGround Security" plugin which is disabling the ajax calls. We are able to add the account details by deactivating the SiteGroud Security plugin (re-activated later) but as stated it is disabling the ajax calls.

We don't see the PMPro plugin in your instance.

So, now that the C&P plugin is activated, I'm not able to log into my WP admin panel.
I know it's the C&P plugin because I deactivated all the plugins and activated them one at a time.
After I activated C&P, I was unable to login...

When you said C&P Plugin, have you activated PMPro plugin?

No, I have not activated PMPro plugin. I cannot get that plugin to activate. It is on the list of plugins though - I get a "fatal error" when trying to activate.
Do both plugins need to be active? Thanks!

Ok. The issues outlined above still exist with the C&P plugin that is activated...
You are welcomed to talk to Siteground to resolve the issues. I've tried talking to them already... but, they referred me back to y'all.

Our dev team was involved with other updates and was not able to take this. So now we are going to start testing once again with the website and then would like to talk to the Siteground support.

Update: We have contacted the Siteground support and they shared some error logs on which we have worked and fixed it. Now, we have activated our plugin and see no issues with the admin.
