We still haven't gotten it to work. C&P Support wasn't able to connect with my web site using FTP, unfortunately, and we reached a bit of a stalemate.We ended up embedding a widget donation form on our donation page as a workaround, while trying to get it resolved. If you figure out the solution, please share here! Thanks!

Similar issue as OP, we have Click&Pledge Connect in use on another website where it is currently working so I am familiar with this plugin but I am trying to activate it on a different WordPress site so I can embed a donation form onto it but it keeps causing a critical error. I am able to install and activate the plug-in (after removing the extraneous "/" on line 92 of clickandpledge_form.php), and when I try to re-enter our organization info in Settings, it recognizes the C&P Account # and the GUID and brings up the correct nickname when I click Verify, but when I try to save, I get the following error:

I have tried deleting and re-installing the plug-in several times and continue to get the same error. I have submitted a ticket with this error as well.

Those two IP addresses are now whitelisted, as well. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon!

My apologies. The IP which I shared was dynamic. Here are the static IPs of the developer: 202.63.103.194 and 183.82.99.179 can you please whitelist them?
