We just installed the CONNECT Plugin to our website. When we add our Account ID and GUID and press verify, nothing happens. We do not get a redirect or error message. We need to connect quickly so we can add a new payment form.

Please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.
Also, please include the C&P Account#.

Thank you for sharing the information. We tried to login with that information but unfortunately, it didn't work. Would you please cross-check the login credentials and send them through the same ticket?
