  • Does the Connect Plugin work with Multisite Installs?

We have a multisite install of Wordpress. I activated the plugin at the network level and in one of our subsites I was able to add the account number and GUID and connected the account. The options for forms and PledgeTV were then available. I went to a different subsite and the Click&Pledge menu item showed up. As before, I entered the account number and GUID and it pulled up the correct nickname and said account added when I clicked save. But, no entry for the account showed up in Settings and the other menu items for Forms and PledgeTV did not show up either.

I added a form group and a form in the subsite that connected to the account just to test it. The shortcode for the form worked in the subsite where I was able to get the account connected, but in the other subsite it did not work.

Is there a special way to do connect the plugin for multisite installs? Or will I just need to use the javascript code from Connect instead of the shortcodes?

    Good day kwclick5 :

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It would be great If you can explain more about the architecture of your multi-site environment so that we can replicate the issue and test at our end.

Are you using same database or different databases for the sub-sites, and have you activated the plugin using superAdmin.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you

We use the same database for the sub-sites. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by activating the plugin by using superAdmin, but if you mean did a superAdmin user activate the plugin, then yes.

I went to Network Admin, and clicked Add New in the Plugins section and installed the plugin from there (I am a super administrator in the WordPress site). Then I went to a subsite to add the account.
