Connect Plugin Causes Divi to Fail

Hi! We use the Divi theme on our website. We became unable to edit anything on our website using Divi starting January 23 and found out, by turning all of our plugins off and turning them back on one by one, that Click and Pledge Connect is what's causing the problem. What can we do? Right now we have to choose between accepting donations directly through our website or being able to update our website. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing the ticket number. We reviewed the ticket and found that you have shared the web login details ONLY but NOT FTP details. Would you please share the FTP login details as well so that we can review and update our plugin?

Hi, because our website uses Wordpress you should be able to upload files without FTP. Is this not the case? We don't have an FTP client that we use.

Ah, in that case, is it possible for you to share the Cpanel details? Since we are not yet LIVE with the update so we are unable to install our plugin through web login.
