  • Trouble with international donations

    Hello, we have heard issues (but I do not have specific timestamped examples) of mandatory address field not being recognized as "correct" for foreign addresses. Do we need to update our form fields in some way to better accommodate non-US addresses?
    Your gift makes a difference to our work helping civilians in conflict zones. Ensure that civilians are better protected before, during and after conflict.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have analyzed your transactions and do not see any issues.

    Do you have a country for which you know of a problem. We have tested the forms with the countries through which you have received donations and do not see any issues.

    What country have you heard that has experienced the problem?

          We have tested the forms from Singapore as well as from the United Kingdom and found NO issues with receiving the donations. Perhaps, we see one of the donations you have received from the UK in the last month i.e on 29th January 2020 without any issues.

              Strange indeed. We have tested it and see no issues in all browsers (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Edge) but a test with cache not refreshing duplicates the problem.

              We have forced cleared the cache on the client's browser and that has fixed the issue. At times when browsers are set to hold cache for a long time updates made to the system do not update in the browser's instance.

              May we ask that your supporter try this again and let us know if they experience the issue again. We are confident this must have fixed the problem.
