  • Latest WordPress Plugin Update Is Causing Issues

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that the latest plugin update Version 02.1912000103-WP5.3.1: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...-minor-bug-fix has an issue. When activated, I cannot edit posts or pages. This only started happening after the latest update & all other plugins/themes have been debugged & it only happens when the Click & Pledge Connect plugin is activated.

Is there a way to download the previous version of the plugin to go back to what it was until you put out a patch for it?

Thank you for your reply, but I am still seeing the issue. What time did they login? There was a point where we had C&P disabled as we needed to update the site. If you login to posts & click "Quick Edit" the post disappears. Then if you go back to posts the post is back again. Then if you click on any post, lets say the one from 12/16, to edit the text, the text is missing in the box. And you can't type in the box. If you disable C&P it then works again. I tried debugged every single plugin & C&P is the only one that causes the issue.

            Good day @verdipro

Sorry for the delay. Our developers concluded that the issue is with your theme compatibility. However, we have released the patch. Before it is available to the public we would like to upgrade your instance and test it. If everything works well we will release it to the public.

If you allow us we will update our plugin in your instance and test it.

NOTE: Please clear the cache in CLOUDFRONT.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

                  Good Day @verdipro

We have identified the issue and resolved it. Now everything is working as expected. But, we are still unable to add/update the form groups. Even though, file is in the directory, it is showing 404 error which is because of your cache settings. Can you please clear your cache and check.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
