I have Click and Pledge Connect setup on my Wordpress site, and I put the shortcode on a test page. It shows it great when published on the back end, but when I log out of the website, or I send the link to someone else.... the form doesn't show up. Here's a test page where the form is supposed to be: www.woh.org/donatetest

Please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website base URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.
Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum. -

We have received the web login details via Case#100240 but the URL which you have shared it doesn't seem to be valid. Would you please check the web login URL and also include the FTP details in the ticket so that we can review it?
