We're attempting to embed a donation page and when we try entering our accont number and our GUID, the word press plugin can’t find our account. We made sure we had the right account number and GUID number and attempted to make the connection multiple times but it will not work. We recieved an error that you can review on the attached screenshot.

The folks in our communication department tried to do this again and they were not able to get this connector app thing to work. When they turned the connector on the only information that passed through to our website were the headers for the page we are trying to embed. So a connection of sorts is happening but obiviously the majority of information is being left behind over on teh click and peldge server. Can you or somoen else cpntact us at United South End Settlements? Could we do a screen share or chat on the phone about this?
