  • Partial Form Load - Wordpress Site

    Hi there,
We are having individuals communicate with us across a variety of browsers and devices that they are unable to complete a donation to us because the form on our Wordpress site isn't loading correctly. When we try to replicate this issue, it is hit or miss on what type of device and browser that the form will load properly. We have checked to see if there are integration issues with our site and are also working to connect with our developers for Wordpress to understand if there are minor edits to our HTML that we need to make, but was hoping to get your feedback on whether or not it is the campaign widget/form itself from Click & Pledge that is having the issue.

I am attaching a screenshot to show you what donors are seeing when they attempt to donate on our page. Since we are in the middle of our Year End Appeal, I would be grateful for your prompt response!

    Best,
    Mikaela

Here is another image that our developer was able to pull for the widget on our website.

    Thank you for your support!

      Good day @STW13

We reviewed and found NO issues with loading the form in the latest Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE. It looks like maybe the URL of the website doesn't have httpS://.
