  • Mismatched integration value and ISO code Error


    We have been reviewing sync errors int he C&P data section, and are unable to resolve one of the transactions. When we process the record, it creates a temporary contact, but when we try to add the donor to the database, we get this error: "Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Failed to create Account for Contact __ . Mismatched integration value and ISO code for field: []--null--340--(CnP_PaaS)--System.DmlException"

    It seems like this is a State/Country picklist error, but the integration value is the full state name, which is what we have chosen in C&P settings. I do see in the C&P XML however, that billing state is listed as RI instead of Rhode Island.

        It is due to the SF country and state enabled in your instance. However, it will be addressed in the next release which is due out in the 3rd week of this month.

        It has been already addressed in the BETA version. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with the BETA release (which is stable) and reprocess the above data.
