  • Plugin displaying US ACH info on Canadian account

    Hello,

    We're using the C&P Gateway in our online catalogue. Recently, we've noticed that the ACH/eCheck information that displays at the checkout is American information and not Canadian information. On all of our forms, this works properly, but it is not loading within WooCommerce. We have confirmed that the correct account is attached to Woo, and can not find any other solutions to change the processing to Canadian.

    Any ideas on how we can rectify this?

    Please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and Admin login details as well as the Website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.

          We are working on the compatibility version with Canadian ACH and hopefully, the release will be out by next week.

              Hello!

              Thanks for your hard work. I followed these steps (a few times now) and the eCheck is still showing US information. Perhaps I've missed a step in this new process? I can submit a new ticket if need be.

                We reviewed your instance and it seems to be working as expected.

                Please note that by default it shows the $ symbol but when you look into the form there you will see the Bank Number & Transit Number for ACH which is for Canadian currency whereas for US currency you see the Routing Number for the ACH.
