    Good day @snesson

We noticed that you had given read-only permission. We need all permission for our plugin. We don't want all other files permission, just our plugin.

Did you try to connect? The connection is not read-only. It's a SFTP connection. The web developer asks that you not make any changes to their code, nor to WooCommerce. You can make changes to your plugin.

        Good day @snesson

We found that you have the Advanced Custom Fields plugin installed in your instance which is posting the custom fields. However, I have forwarded it to our developers to see what we can do to prevent that plugin to post the custom fields. We will get back to you shortly.

Is there any update on the status of the C&P developers' investigations into the possibility of preventing the Advanced Custom Fields plugin's posting of custom fields? Our web developers would like to know when they can remove the sftp login created for the support case as it is impacting our users. Thanks.

            Good day @snesson

You can remove the SFTP login. We are looking into the possibilities to prevent that plugin to post the custom fields. Will keep you posted.

              Good day @snesson

Would you please give access to SFTP again? Our developers wants to review it again.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
