  • Item SKUs not functioning

    Our Item SKUs are not mapping donations to programmed record types; they seem to all be defaulting to Single Donation.

    See below our configuration:

    But see how the transaction comes through with an incorrect record type despite the SKU being correct:

    Just to add an update here, it appears that only the last Item SKU setup isn't working (where Item SKU contains PAS >> label is Merchandise). Do you know when you'll be able to take a look at this?
