  • WooCommerce C&P plugin fails to process payment

    When attempting to purchase an item from our WooCommerce administered store, it seems like something is happening with the Click&Pledge plugin for completing purchases. Upon submitting payment information, the system pushes the order to WooCommerce as "pending payment" and on the user side, a red line appears at the top of the screen and the transaction clearly has not been processed, but no indication is offered as to why. Example of screen after completing purchase below.

    We have a product launch at 1 p.m. ET. today and would love some help ahead of that. Thank you!

      That's not the website I shared with you through the support emails I have been sending all day and to individual support team members; please log in to slowfoodusa.org/wp-admin. If the password doesn't work (it should!), please use the reset password functionality in Wordpress to reset your password. Thank you in advance for allowing us to complete our product release, which was supposed to happen on Feb. 10 but was delayed due to this issue.
