Strange gateway error

Hi. Wondering what this error is - a customer tried to order an item from our WooCommerce store and it failed with this error:

Click & Pledge payment failed (Transaction ID: ). Reference to undeclared entity 'Prime'. Line 2, position 2285.(2051)
