WooCommerce C&P Gateway Transaction Amounts Don't Match with Checkout Order total.

I am using WooCommerce C&P Payment Gateway in WordPress Woocommerce. I see that the total amount that was process in woocommerce does not match with the CP transaction report.

Are you referring to the reports in SF or Connect Report? Please share the order number as well as please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.

In the case of the SF report, we need you to grant us login access to your Salesforce instance.

Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

I am using Wordpress woocommerce. I have install order tip plugin which allows guest/customer to add extra amount/donation in the total purchase. It goes well and completes the order. I can see the transaction with that amount in the woocommerce order report. But i cannot see that extra donation amount in the C&P campaign transactions. It will only show the product purchase amount in the C&P

Please note that as of now, the Order Tip plugin not supported by us which is the reason you don't see that amount included. However, we have added this to the consideration list but as of now, there is no ETA.
