Click and Pledge Payment gateway not working

It keeps asking to reload the page when log in with code. Also it does not load campaign alias from the click and pledge account.

Thank you for submitting the ticket. We have received the FTP information but noticed that you have not shared the Website URL with Admin login details. We need your website login URL (example URL see below) and username and password.

Example URL: www.yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

Thank you for sharing the information. Our developers reviewed and found that there are some restrictions on your database which cause the issue. However, we have rectified the issue.
