  • woocommerce - c&p payment gateway not working

    Hi, in Woocommerce settings, the Payment tab - after clicking on "Register" when it had already been registered previously, I seem to have messed up this page. The C&P Register page keeps coming up, where I can submit the code I receive by email, but when I click submit, it doesn't go anywhere. I can see several fields for a split second, but then it disappears. The "Settings" button is no longer there, as I cannot seem to re-register. How can we fix this? Thank you.

    Please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

        Our developers reviewed your instance and found no issues with registering. We used our test email ID and it was successfully registered. Would you please try again with your email id and let us know what you see?

          Hi, I can see it now! That is so strange. I also tried registering again with my email id, and the "Settings" paged popped up properly. And you're saying you didn't find anything wrong? I was thinking there was a glitch or something on the page. Well thank you, because it seems to be working fine now!
