My organization is planning to set up 2 different WooCommerce stores (hosted on 2 separate servers/domains) using Click & Pledge as the payment processor. Are there separate payment gateways for each store and would we be able to send one store's transactions to one fund and the other to a different one? Or is there some sort of distinction that is made between multiple stores so that they can be fulfilled appropriately, because each store is run by a different program in our organization? Separately, down the line we may add a 3rd store on the same server as one of the first stores and use the "multi site network" feature that is part of Wordpress in order to manage 2 stores on one Wordpress account. In this case, would Click & Pledge be able to process the transactions from these multiple stores separately/distinguished? Is there any case in which we may need to have multiple accounts with Click & Pledge instead of just the one? Thank you.

How does the Click&Pledge payment gateway work with multiple e-commerce stores?

Hi, yshichishima ,- Each WooCommerce store is connected to a single C&P account.
- Each C&P account deposits to a single bank account.
If it is necessary for your "funds" to be in separate bank accounts, then you would need to apply for multiple C&P Accounts. There are organizations that do this.
This is the key reason you might need multiple accounts.
If you just need to separate which transactions apply to which store, this can be done in reporting if needed, and could be done in several ways. You could have a Campaign for each store and run all that store's transactions using that Campaign. I don't know how you are managing fulfillment, but I would think you would do that within the woo-commerce store rather than trying to manage that on the "back-end".
Hope that helps.Regards,

Thank you for the reply. So just to clarify, you said each WooCommerce store is connected to a single C&P account. However, we can have a single C&P account connected to multiple WooCommerce stores as long as it needs to deposit to only one bank account, correct? I believe we would only need to separate which transactions apply to which store, so that our finance person can allocate to the right places. Is the reporting you mention done on C&P or Salesforce? (we are in the midst of migrating from one system to Salesforce so learning everything as we go)
In terms of fulfillment, yes I think we will do within WooCommerce. We ship out the materials from our own office and each program is separately responsible for each of their stores.
Thank you again. This is helpful and allows us to know a bit more what to expect and how the store process will work before this step actually comes around in the migration.

I have also confirmed that you can assign multiple WooCommerce stores to a single C&P account.Regards,
