My apologies for not responding sooner but I never got the e-mail notification that a reply had been posted. I was actually able to get it resolved myself as it was just an update issue. Thank you.

    Good day @Jennifer

Would you please again submit the FTP and Admin details? The one which you have shared earlier was purged after case resolved.

Please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference. << You may refer to the post 10 in this thread.

We have been testing the system out and, while it does process transactions, we are also getting this error message: countGuid in /home2/wfp85619/public_html/oakland/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-click-pledge-gateway/gateway-clickandpledge.php on line 668. I'm not sure what the issue is but this is line 668 in the plug-in code: $this->AccountGuid = $this->settings['AccountGuid'];.

I am seeing the notification that a newer update of the gateway plug-in is available...could that be causing the error? I'm a little apprehensive about updating anything based on the issues we had with the install so any advice would be appreciated.

    Good day @Jennifer

We reviewed your instance and noticed that you are at below version for PHP 5.5 and in this case, some functions will not work. It is always best practice to keep your instance up to date.

However, we have updated the code and activated the plugin, it is working now.

Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Yes, please install WC plug-in and the WC/C&P gateway plug-in.

It's not installed now because it was removed after it crashed the system. I will talk to our web person about getting them installed again but not activated. I think they will be okay with that as I believe they both installed okay but the trigger was activating the gateway. To be clear, we just need the WC plug-in and the WC/C&P gateway plug-in and no others?

    Good day @Jennifer

Thank you for providing the information. One of our developers reviewed your instance and noticed that there is NO WooCommerece plugin installed in your instance. In order to install our plugin, first, you need to install the WooCommerce and then C&P Plugin.

Please install both of them and let us know so that we can review it. You no need to activate them, simply install and let us know.

Okay, I'm with you now. I'll get the info from our Marketing person, submit the details through a trouble ticket and then post here once it is done. Thanks!

We have tried twice to install the WooCommerce shopping cart plug-ins to our website <<< As you stated in the first post that you were tried to install WoCommerece shopping cart plugin-ins to your website:- we need to login to your website and review the entire configuration there for which we required the login URL and username+password so that we can login and review it.

    Example URL: www.yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

    Hope that makes sense.

Well, obviously I don't know what that means so continuing to ask me using the same language is not going to help. I asked the developer that helped us set-up our SF instance what "Admin login URL with respective credentials" meant and she said that you were wanting access. I gave you access, I told you what my log-in is, you've accessed the system before with just that info so I am at a loss as to what else to provide you. If you need something else, then please tell me plainly what that means and where to find that info.

    Good day @Jennifer

We see that you have submitted the ticket but there is NO information included. We have requested for Admin login URL with the respective credentials.

Please submit the details so that we can review it.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
