C&P Plugin messing up WP site

Hello,
Whenever we activate the C&P Plugin, our admin page turns white and we cannot see anything, headers on our News Updates page are changed and a meta slider we have is messed up. As soon as we deactivate the C&P plugin all the problems are resolved. Please help!

Hello,
I'm sorry, it's the News Header on the home page (I'm relaying information). I've attached a before (the black header) and after C&P is active (the large blue header). They are concerned now though that activating the Plugin may cause other issues with the site during giving season. Can I reopen this ticket starting next year?

Hello,
I've submitted another ticket with the FTP details and a list of the problems.
3 issues we've noticed when activating the plugin:
1 - News header on homepage goes from a black header to a large blue header
2 - Our Partners & Sponsors at the bottom of the home page goes from being centered to left aligned
3 - The admin page is no longer accessible and instead just shows a white page

One of our developers reviewed and found that the cause of the issue is the Custom CSS you have included in your instance which resulting in below error:

error: Refused to apply style from 'https://warriorcanineconnection.org/?custom-css=1&csblog=1&cscache=6&csrev=20' because its MIME type ('text/ html ') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Please review the custom CSS you have added and test the plugin.
