Additional Fee Opt-In not updating

Hi. I enabled the Additional Fee settings in the latest gateway (Release 2.300.003/WP:v4.9.8/WooCommerce:v3.4.5 "Enabled-Opt in" and default option as "Opt-In". But when using the options on the front end, when someone chooses to Opt Out, the fee listed does not go away and the total doesn't update. That's not right, correct? Shouldn't the page reload without the fee? Thx.

Hi. It's working for me on Chrome and Safari now but only when logged in. It does not work on on Safari mac (12.0.1) or Chrome (66.0.3359.181), or OS X (iphone) when logged out.
