    Hi Suzanne,

I was asked to look into your case this morning and have been reviewing its history. I intended to review the errors you are now experiencing; however, the login information you provided us for your Stage 5 site is no longer valid for your Stage 7 site.

I can appreciate that when you defined your timeline for your customer's website that you could not anticipate the problems that might be caused by the latest releases offered, so this hold up must be very frustrating.

Your case involves WordPress, WooCommerce, and the Click&Pledge WooCommere plugin as well as our core platform - basically programming teams from 3 companies are involved with every release, and two teams within our own company (WooCommerce and our core platform) - so it is a heavily nested integration, and WooCommerce has already issued 4 releases this year.

From that perspective, as a consultant, I hope you understand that the resolution of your problem requires a very specifically skilled programmer to review code, and also involves testing against someone else's code that our own programmers cannot view.

In light of the situation, please be patient with the process, it is not exactly a run-of-the-mill support request, and requires a lot of evaluation, communication, and additional security hurtles that delay its resolution. I will be glad to shepherd that process so it can be resolved as quickly as possible, and the next step is to define the current error you are experiencing on your Stage 7 site that our programmers did not anticipate. Would it be possible to get a valid login for this version of the site? You may submit it again by responding to the support ticket as before, I will be looking for its arrival.

    Sincerely, Amanda Byrne

That makes the problem worse. I can only run the site with previous versions of both WooCommerce Click & Pledge Gateway (v. 2.200.000) and Gravity Forms Click & Pledge (v. 3.600.009). The newer versions cause fatal errors. BTW a 2-day delay in letting me know the status on this issue is not acceptable. We are holding up the launch on a new customer site because of this. I want to hear something substantive from you today. The staging site is now at https://staging7.cambridgeinsight.org/

    Good day @sgoodwin

Sorry but I am bit confused. In your attached image we see the error related to Gravity Forms but you are referring to WooCommerce. Would please confirm which plugin you are using?

Also, for further investigate, we need login details. Please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

    WooCommerce web site database errors

Version 2.300.001 evidently causes the database errors (reported via Query Monitor) you can see in the link below. Disabling the plugin or rolling back to previous version removes the errors. This staging site is at https://staging5.cambridgeinsight.org. Can you please help?
